I am an older sister to a spunky 6-year-old and a friend to other kids in my Alexandria neighborhood. Recently, I volunteered with a group of kindergarten Girl Scouts where I lead them in art based service learning projects for an hour a week. I also have 5 younger cousins (aged 9-3) that I often watch in addition to the young children of some of my teachers and family friends.
