Johanna is amazing! She was our first and only nanny, and everyone said we struck gold because it sometimes can take a few tries to find the right fit. But not with Johanna! It’s clear she studied children psychology and development. Our daughter thrived and was ahead of her age with Johanna working with her on fine and gross motor skills. She was running at her first birthday. Johanna also loved our daughter like her own. She was thoughtful in the activities she planned and always wanted to be active and outside. This was perfect for our daughter especially as a toddler since she had a lot of energy. Johanna is also very professional. She handles any feedback with grace and takes it to heart. She also is very open about sharing ideas on what is and isn’t working (we struggled with naps and so we had to work as a team and trial and error to see what we could do to get our kid down). We now consider her a dear friend and she still enjoys visiting or FaceTiming us to keep in touch with our daughter and us. You won’t regret your decision to hire Johanna.
