About Yongli

As a passionate and experienced childcare provider with three years of experience, I find great joy in positively impacting the lives of children and supporting families. My patient, friendly, and approachable nature allows me to build strong relationships with children and parents alike. I believe in open and effective communication to ensure that parents are fully informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to provide a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. With a college degree and coursework in early child development, I have a strong educational background that complements my practical experience. I am certified in First Aid and CPR and have completed training in early childhood development. In addition to English, I am fluent in Chinese. I particularly enjoy playing outdoor sports and physical games with children, as well as educational games that promote learning and development.
