About Yolenna

I am passionate about fostering comfortable relationships not only with the children but also the parents. As a caregiver I understand the responsibilities and duties of that position to be responsible, respectable, safe, and to provide a fun environment while watching your families children. I always encourage learning through one's creative expression, play, and exploration of new thoughts and ideas. I like working with kids because I am always learning new things! Kids view the world in such a unique way and catch things that adults often don't. I love how they are always questioning the world and looking for the oh so familiar "but why"! One thing you should know about me is that I respect and understand that my role is not to be your child's parent, but your child's friend and guardian while in this job position. I respect all boundaries set with me while in this position, and understand that every family has their own specific ideals, wants, needs, and traditions.
