About Yohandri

My name is Yohandri and I would like to take this opportunity to share my enthusiasm and commitment to caring for children, as well as the skills and knowledge I have recently gained through my training as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). During the course, I learned behavior management techniques based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which has allowed me to develop essential skills for effectively supporting children. These include positive reinforcement, creating a structured environment, and implementing strategies to promote learning and independence in children. My approach focuses on actively listening to children, understanding their needs, and creating a safe, stimulating environment where they can thrive. I am also equipped to identify and encourage positive behaviors, helping children achieve their goals through methods that respect their individual pace and abilities.
