Although he seemed very kind & courteous when confronted, our only interaction with this caregiver was with his application to our job which after applying and messaging he admitted to not realizing the offer details. I hope that he will pay more attention to detail if he applies to other families' job posts. I do not know his situation & cannot speak to the quality of care offered; however, when reaching out to the care.com support team they asked me to report these profiles & submit a review to help this not happen again in hopes to save other families added stress & frustration (on top of trying to find a caretaker you can trust with your precious children). It’s wasting time that parents just do not have.
