While we only had Yoanna for a short time due to scheduling conflicts, she proved to be dependable and caring. She was motivated to learn my MIL's routines to alleviate my FIL and was eager to help in any way necessary. My MIL took took to her immediately and felt very comfortable with her. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, a definite plus for us.
