Yessica was kind and nice to our 4 month old baby girl. But she was very unreliable- she worked with us for 21 days out of which she could not make for 7 days due to personal reasons. Each time she messaged the day of, or the previous day to let us know that she won't be there. We were heavily dependent on having a nanny so that always threw a monkey wrench into our plans. Had she been more dependable- she would've been a perfect fit.
