Yessica demonstrated tremendous responsibility, reliability and know-how in taking care of our son M., from age 5 months to 22 months. For us as first-time parents, Yessica was both incredibly helpful in teaching us many of the "basics" (introduction to foods, adapting napping schedules, etc.), and in giving us peace of mind that M. was being well taken care of while we were away at work. Yessica was consistently kind, gentle and trustworthy with M., and always was attentive to his needs. Yessica consistently worked 40 hours per week, working full days M-F starting very early (6am) and typically through mid-afternoon (2-3pm) - these were certainly very long days, but to which she consistently brought the necessary energy and focus. With truly rare exception, Yessica was incredibly punctual , as the 6am start was an important factor given our work schedules - this in itself is an incredibly telling factor regarding Yessica's overall reliability and commitment to our needs.
