I've been caring for children of all ages for over six years, and I absolutely love what I do! I have a true passion for helping little ones learn and grow. I'm known for being patient, calm, and friendly, and I know how to create a fun and safe environment for kids to thrive. I believe that communication is key, so I make sure to keep parents updated on their child's day, whether it's through verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. I also follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure they are comfortable and informed. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable taking charge and ensuring that the children understand and follow the rules. I believe that consistency is important, and I work closely with parents to establish routines and expectations for the children.
