Hello, I'm yesenia im the oldest of three siblings, a vegas local, and a social butterfly. I have been babysitting ages 1-13 for about 4 years. Most recently I've worked at a preschool as a teacher's assistant with ages 18m-2. I took multiple online courses from Nevada State college in Early Childhood Workforce training such as SIDS awareness, Emergency preparedness, Transportation safety, and Signs of illness. I also have lifeguard and swim instructor training as well as EMT training including CPR/First Aid. I can schedule a call for any questions you might have. We hired Yesenia after doing weeks of interviews. She was punctual, did the job well and quickly. When we checked in with her at the end of the week, she said it felt like we've all known each other for more than just the few days she worked us. She is a nice person and easy to talk to, but was not forthcoming with what she really wanted. We were up front about the hours of the job and even did a 1 week trial run with her to see if we were all a good fit. We also had asked that if she were to take another job or no longer work with us, that she give us enough notice, 1-2 weeks, so that we could find someone else. However, we ended up scrambling last minute to find care for our 7 month old because Yesenia quit on us with less than 24 hours notice.
