Natalia has been such an incredible blessing to our family. She has taken care of our son Monday-Friday for the past two years (since he was just 13 months old). Natalia cares for him as if he were her own. It's so wonderful to see the bond they have. If she's ever unsure of how I'd like her to handle a particular situation, she asks clarifying questions and is always very receptive to feedback. At the end of each day, she gives me an update to let me know how things went (activities, food, sleep, potty, etc.). She drives our car to take him to/from gymnastics class and she actively participates in the class with him, the way a parent would. Natalia is even kind enough to care for him in the evening for the occasional date night. While Natalia speaks perfect English, we've asked her to speak to our son in Spanish. Because of her, he is now able to understand a fair amount of Spanish and can even translate some basic phrases to English. What an incredible gift she's given him. Our son will be starting preschool soon and we're devastated to know that we won't be seeing her every day. She's intelligent, responsible, kind, and loving, and we could not ask for a better caregiver for our son.
