About Yelssy

Having had worked in several settings where I work with children all day I have gained experience in different ways of learning and working with children. Ranging from working at an elementary school to volunteering for the special Olympics. Some examples include- Effective communication with children and adults - Patience and understanding - Ability to create a safe and nurturing environment - Organization and time management Adaptability and problem-solving - Knowledge of child development and behavior management techniques I have diverse experiences which have likely equipped me with a wide range of skills that would be valuable in a babysitting role. I'd describe my personality as fun, friendly, compassionate I like working with kid because interacting with children allows me to make a positive impact on their lives and be a part of their growth and development. Plus, their energy and creativity can be contagious!
