About Yekaterina

I'm a turnaround high energy math teacher who wants students to appreciate the magic of math education. During the day I am a full-time 8th grade math teacher who excels at bridging any gaps in my students' learning achievement. I'd describe my personality as energetic, witty, optimistic. I like tutoring because I recognize that math is a challenging subject which is often disliked by students -- I strive to change that sentiment by making my lessons engaging and easy to understand. I started tutoring when I was in high school, and I have more than a decade worth of experience.
