Hi! I am a 27 yo student, pursuing an interdisciplinary degree in human & child development and cognitive/educational psychology. Before moving to NV, I worked as a preschool teacher at several centers for 7 years; gaining experience caring for infants through school-aged children. In 2018, I received my teaching credential (CDA in infant/toddler development), allowing me to lead preschool classrooms, implement curriculums, state assessments, as well as develop my own tailored lesson plans and classroom culture. Along the way, I was grateful to discover the persistent benefits and use of Montessorian methods, positive guidance and respectful parenting styles. I also have ample experience working with children on the spectrum (undiagnosed and diagnosed), as well as those who may present challenging behaviors, atypical needs and/or sensory processing issues.
