About Yasmeen

I have a passion for working with youth! As a preteen, I served as a babysitter, camp counselor, and lifeguard. Post undergrad I served as a case manager, and now as a post graduate, I serve as a School Social Worker. I hold great experience working with kids who have autism, anxiety, adhd, oppositional defiance disorder, and other mental health conditions. As a school social worker, I prioritize building rapport with all children I serve and get to know them for the unique individual that they are! I like working with kids because I've always loved the kindred spirit and infectious energy of children. They remind me how to let go and have fun! I'd describe my personality as creative, passionate, and empathetic! In my spare time, I like to sing, cook and travel! I've been to 23 countries and counting :) I am happy to incorporate my knowledge as a School Social Worker (social emotional skills, decision making, conflict resolution) with your children!
