Yan spent a long day cleaning my dirty balcony which overlooks Biscayne Bay and is surrounded by salty air. He did the floor, big sliding windows, railings, and outdoor furniture. He made it sparkling clean and it looks great. Yan has great attention to detail and works independently and carefully. He does not work as fast as other people might work, but I am delighted with the result. He is totally reliable.
