About Yan

I have finished my AMI Montessori training in 2020 in age 0-6. I am currently a Montessori head teacher for both 0-3 level and 3-6 level Montessori classroom. I enjoy working with children, like playing instrument, having group language lessons, offering individual lessons and supports. It will be so happy to have a chance to work with your kids. I taught Mandarin to college level students for more than a year in Pittsburgh. And I babysat 2 years full time in a Jewish family with 4 kids age newborn to 7 years old when I started. Helped caring the new born baby for a whole year and special need 3-year-old boy for 2 years. Love the family and the lovely kids, love learning new things together with the kids about piano, art and crafts, Jewish festivals, etc. I have created Mandarin immersion Montessori at home environment for a 16 months old girl. I later have created a 3-6 level Mandarin immersion Montessori pod during covid. I am open for any opportunities that I can support children.
