About Yanissa

Hello! As a first-time caregiver, I understand the value of empathy, kindness, and patience in caregiving, and I'm dedicated to providing compassionate support. I have worked in customer service for more than 15 years; it is what I have dedicated myself to. My mother has dedicated herself to caring for the elderly for more than 20 years. She has taught me the importance of loving what we do and helping others. My grandparents are disabled and need the same help that I want to give to the most important people, the elderly. I have never had the opportunity to dedicate myself to this beautiful job, which in reality I do not see it as a job, I see it more as giving love and company to our elderly who are so important and need more human empathy.
