About Yanelia

In short, I can say that being the older of 6 cousins, raised in the same house I am a pro at child care, but that is not what I pride myself in the most. I truly and genuinely love children, to the point that at every adult gathering you will always find me in the kids' table. I love children and most of them love me back, I like to say I speak their happiness language. 5 words that describe me are responsible, outgoing, playful, versatile and committed. Having worked at a daycare for over 2 years as a teacher assistant equipped me to have the skills to take care of children while also assuring that they are having a positive experience during their time with me. As a Psychology major, I further learned essential and expert insights on the practice that best benefits a child's development. Furthermore, my volunteering in after school programs enriched my skills to be creative in crafts and other children playful educational activities.
