Yana arrived on time (which was a little bit early for the first visit). She followed our instructions for taking care of our preschooler and asked clarification questions prior to me leaving. As a result, she did not need to ask any questions while we were gone. Yana sent a few texts and pic updates while we were away. Our little expressed that she enjoyed time with Yana. Overall, Yana was professional, friendly, and kind to our child and to us. We would definitely book her again for future babysitting.
