Yana helped our family during our stay in SF. She is so good with babies that she managed to settle our two-month-old into the new timezone in one visit which to us was an impossible task. She is calm, caring and very attuned to babies, I learnt a lot from her. On a personal level she is a very interesting person and very smart.
