Very pleasant young lady. However, extremely unreliable. We hired her and she worked two days the first week as we thought that was a good way for us both to see if it would be a good fit. She agreed that it was a good fit and that she would continue. The weekend passed and she texted me at 8 a.m., one hour before her 9 a.m. Monday shift and told me she took another job, leaving me completely stranded. I thought the least she could do was give 24 -72 hours notice that she found another opportunity. Further in the application she signed we requested a 7 day notice. if she had to self-terminate or quit. Wouldn't hire her again and feel she is only looking out for what is best for her with no regard to the client situation. When I called her on the phone and told her the decent thing to do would have been to come into work and give us a few days notice, she replied ok I'll come in this week. Clearly she wasn't starting her new job during the hours she committed to us or this would not have been available for her to offer. Nonetheless, I did not allow her to come back and cordially parted ways.
