I have worked in adult care since 2015. I started working in a memory care facility and have provided care to many individuals in different stages of life from assisted living to full 24-hr care. Providing the utmost value of care is very important to me that includes compassion, knowledge, and expertise. Patient care to me is that the patient is kept happy and comfortable with their wellbeing in mind. As well as keeping in mind that it is the patients right to have dignity and care. I am currently continuing my education in Nursing so currently I am growing more in patient care knowledge and getting more experience in a more professional educational setting.

I consider Yaitza a real blessing as a friend and caregiver. She is more and competent , decisions having to be made in my care. She is very aware of my lonliness and sadness and she finds ways to work it out and try to make it go away. Excellent in serving food I should eat, how I should eat it. Also very aware of medical need and assistance. Anyone who considers her assistance for just about anything will not be dissapointed. I have great respect and appreciation for her in my life.
