About Yaa

My name is Yaa, I am a recent medical school graduate with plans to apply for OBGYN residency training program. I have been caring for & tutoring kids on/off throughout high school & college. I've always had a passion for caring for children & am excited to bring my experience as a childcare provider to your family. I have a current certificate in basic life support (BLS) as well as previous certifications in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) & pediatric advanced life support (PALS). With my background in medicine, I am confident in my ability to provide a nurturing & safe environment for your child. I would describe myself as friendly, imaginative & calm. I love interacting with kids and believe the best environment is a fun & relaxed one. I prioritize open communication with parents, provide regular updates, respectfully enforce household rules, and assist with cooking, meal prep, carpooling, and light housekeeping.
