I'm a caring and experienced childcare provider with a passion for nurturing young minds. My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of positively influencing children's lives. Over the past 18 years, I've honed my skills and knowledge to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 1 to 3. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my friendly demeanor, allows me to connect easily with children and build trusting relationships. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text messages or phone calls, depending on their preferred method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead and work collaboratively to maintain a consistent and structured environment for the children.
