Xitlali came over for an interview. All went well. She met my kids and husband. We went over the job, house rules and any other question she might have had for us. After asking more than once if this seemed like something she would like to pursue and getting a "Yes," I figured we were good to go. Fast forward to the next day, I received a text at night letting me know she was just offered a position with longer hours which she needs to pay for school. I get the situation but I felt that was a bit unprofessional on her part with the text and giving us the ok more than once to just bail on us so quickly.
