I have 16 years as a housekeeper in a high end hotel. I am polite professional and experienced. I can speak Chinese and I'm a great cook of Chinese food. I also had my COVID vaccine.

Xiaoying does a great job at cleaning and is always very thorough. She is also very responsive and on top of scheduling. 

She did an amazing job deep cleaning our kitchen and bathroom! I would definitely hire her again and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a cleaner!!

I hired Xiaoying to clean our apartment regularly and help with other chores (laundry, prepping vegetables for cooking, cleaning of my child's bath toys, etc). We have her come on a regular schedule to do cleaning and other chores around the house.

She is always on time, independent, and efficient. Our house stays very clean and I don't have to worry about it at all. If I have an extra task that needs to get done some days (cutting some vegetables, cleaning toys, cleaning the fridge), she works it in while keeping track of what got missed for the next visit.

She responds well to personal tastes too: we changed cleaning supplies (due to my personal preferences) and had particular preferences about how recycling be taken out and the bed made. She is diligent & remembers our preferences each visit.

Xiaoying has been helping clean our house for several months now and has done a fantastic job.  She is both thorough and fast working, which is very hard to find.  She is reliable and has never missed an appointment, and is friendly & communicative.  We are lucky to have her help!

This woman will tell you the truth. She won't lie and say she can clean it like it's new if it's impossible to do it in 2-3 hours. She will show you all the parts that are dirty that you don't even know about and explain how long it will take to clean it. She has her own supplies and is very quick to reply. She works 7 days a week. Her rate is very reasonable but once she looks at your place and tell you want is possible to clean in 2-3 hours believe her. Many cleaners say they will do your entire house but they do an okay job. This woman charges the same per hour but will clean it better. We have hired her to come 3 hours each Sunday. It's hard to find someone that will work weekends. Also tell her if you don't want bleach because that's what she uses for getting all the mold and stains off the bathroom. If you want vinegar you need to say so but she's going to have to work harder to get it clean and you will pay for more labor. Plus she never takes off her mask. English is good but my mom speaks Mandarin so I don't have to be there while she's cleaning. My mom can tell her what she wants. She found our post and we are grateful. She is worth every penny.

Xiaoying did an amazing job deep cleaning my apartment. Her eye for detail is outstanding. She got in the cracks of my flooring and cleaned the little places that I don't have the time and patience for. My hardwood floors, shower, microwave, oven, countertops , sinks etc look amazing.  She doesn't just clean around things she cleans under them! It makes  such a difference to have a super clean living environment and getting a deep clean like this really lowers my stress level. She exceeded my expectations by far. It took her a few hours but when she was done I saw why. I used handy before and there is NO comparison. I will never use anybody else again. If you want your place super clean and sanitary, this is your girl. Worth every penny! I will definitely be seeing her again soon. She also is an excellent communicator and open to feedback. I felt totally safe leaving her in my house . I left and ran errands and came back as she was finishing. You won't be disappointed.

Sometime in life you find the perfect person to handle a VERY difficult situation. Today Xiaoying H.
proved to be that person. She cleaned a very challenging bathroom AND made it sparkle and shine. It was a lot of scrubbing and the results are beautiful.
