Xiaoyan is a wonderful nanny. The only reason she is no longer with me is because my parents retired and offered to watch my daughter. My daughter absolutely adored her. She helped me with my girl since she was 3 months old. She's extremely dependable and punctual. She is gentle and great with kids. I would absolutely recommend her and am happy to provide a reference.
