Hello! My name is Xiaojaun, and I'm a dedicated caregiver with over 10 years of experience as a preschool teacher and more than 5 years as a nanny, including 2 years of nanny share. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and am fully vaccinated. Originally from China, I've been in the U. S. for 12 years. I'm a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English. As a mother, I understand children's developmental needs from both personal and professional perspectives. I bring warmth, creativity, and structure to my work, planning age-appropriate activities like storytime, music, arts and crafts, and outdoor play. I'm calm, patient, and emotionally responsive, always creating a safe, nurturing environment for children to thrive. I am punctual, responsible, and value communication with parents.
