Xiana is the best of the best. She has taken care of my daughter for the last 8 months and has done so will huge skill, kindness, and love. In addition to being reliable and responsive, she has come to work every day with a plan. She actively engages in and seeks out age-appropriate activities. She is playful and loving, while still providing structure. I recommend her without any hesitation.
