About Xia

I'm a certified teacher with a passion for child development and fostering their growth. With 3 years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to 3 children between the ages of 1 and 11. My background in education has equipped me with the skills to engage children in various activities that enhance their learning and creativity. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games with them. In communicating with parents, I believe in open and regular communication. I provide verbal updates at pickup, send regular text or phone call updates, and occasionally share pictures or videos of their child's day. I'm somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules and work collaboratively with parents to ensure consistency. I speak English and Chinese. In addition to childcare, I can also help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel.
