I am a licensed Early Childhood Educator (ECE) through the state of Colorado and I have spent two years working for an ECE outdoor based nature school. I have taught preschool age students (3-5) and as a kindergarten teacher (4-6). I also have spent the last year nannying for a family starting with a baby 4months old. I love working with babies and early childhood age kiddos and I am hoping I can be the help and support that your family needs. My background is in outdoor based education, child led learning and creative free play. I also have my degree in environmental science and psychology and have always intermixed environmental ethics in all of my care and teaching.

We feel so fortunate to have had Xaelel care for our daughter from the time she was just 5 months old until she was a year and a half. Xaelel quickly became more than a caregiver—she was like family. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine love for the outdoors had an immediate and lasting impact on our little one. Thanks to her, our daughter developed a strong connection to nature that we’re sure will stay with her for life. Whether they were playing in the snow, hiking through parks, or exploring the backyard, Xaelel made every moment an adventure. Beyond her natural warmth, Xaelel is highly educated and skilled in her role as a caregiver and outdoor educator. Her knowledge of child development and outdoor activities allowed her to engage our daughter in meaningful and fun experiences. She is also incredibly reliable and punctual, which made our lives so much easier. Knowing that Xaelel was there on time, ready to provide exceptional care, gave us tremendous peace of mind. Having Xaelel with us brought so much comfort. We trusted her completely, and knowing our daughter was in her capable hands made us happier and more at ease in our daily lives. Her care gave us the space to be more productive, but more importantly, it gave our daughter a magical introduction to the world around her. We couldn’t recommend Xaelel enough to any family looking for a loving, skilled, and punctual caregiver. She truly is one of a kind, and we feel lucky to have had her in our lives.
