Hi there! My name is Wren (legal name Marie but everyone calls me Wren!) I am an NJ certified PreK- 12 teacher with a passion for making learning and living accessible to all. I have worked with teens + adults with disabilities through wonderful work programs local to Philadelphia, one called Community Integrated Services and the other The Center for Creative Works. Here, I was a Direct Support Professional. I was responsible for assisting participants in the program with personal regulation, their day to day activities/ needs, + acquainting them with local community. I have worked as a Paraprofessional in an elementary school. Here I provided direct support to children with IEPs and 504s. I assisted with individual personal and educational needs. I love having the opportunity to get to know individuals and how I can be of assistance in their day to day lives, as well as assisting with achieving any personal goals or dreams!
