About Yewon

I am a rising junior and Neuroscience and Sociology major at University. I am currently enrolled in the Interdisciplinary Honor's Program and in the Pre-Med track. For the last five years, I have been tutoring students 8-17 in a wide range of subjects. I've learned so much from helping others learn, and I truly feel that tutoring is a wonderful, mutually beneficial experience. As a tutor, I strive to be versatile and subjective when I work with students. If there's one definite lesson I've learned from my experience, it's that all students learn differently, and that they learn better when they are in a comfortable atmosphere. I feel that students should not only learn the lesson objectives, but really understand the conceptual aspect so that they can apply it to all future lessons.
