My name is Winter and I am a teacher and caregiver with heart. I put forth my all into everything that I do, and have the ability to connect with children easily. Providing a safe and nurturing environment for them is paramount. I have over 10 years of experience and several of those years working with children with special needs. My incredible patience and understanding is what puts me above the rest. Not only have a worked with many different age groups, but with many different abilities as well. Right now I am currently working on my Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and also teaching preschoolers. I help develop lesson plans, implement social and emotional learning, and even provide moments for imagination and play. I am always finding new innovative ways to help the children grow and flourish into wonderful human beings.
