I firmly believe that patience, creativity, and a friendly demeanor are essential in caring for children. My approach to communication with parents involves verbal updates at pickup, regular text or phone call updates, and adapting to their preferred communication method. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect for their parenting style. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, board games & puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I am a non-smoker and I do not use any drugs . I hold a graduate degree and am proficient in English.
