About Wilma

I enjoy helping others with tasks as well as engaging in meaningful conversation. While I have worked primarily with children as a teacher, I greatly enjoy interacting with those eho are older than me. I am Yoga Fit certified to work with seniors. I am currently enrolled in a life coaching course that focuses on deep listening, asking questions, and empowering clients to move forward. I grew up in a large family. I frequently visit my parents who are in their 80ies and help with various projects around their place. In my spare time, I like to read, write, practice yoga, hike, garden, and bake.
