I'd describe my personality as compassionate, flexible, and driven. My primary passion has always been caring for children. I love working with kids because I have a natural caring personality. I care deeply about making sure every child feels safe and loved in my care and that is a very rewarding job. I'm looking for a job that is focused on clear communication and expectations. Every family requires a different approach to care. I started working with kids professionally when I was 16 as a nanny. My passion for caring for children started long before with babysitting for family and friends. In my spare time, I like to spend time with family and my pets! I am open to caring in an array of parenting styles and find it important to respect those boundaries. My skills include being able to care for multiple children with different care needs. I believe I am skilled at time management and the ability to make daily schedules that align with the expectations of the family.
