My training includes the Wise Woman Tradition, Shamanism, Reiki, Associates Degree in Occupational Science, Death Doula and pSychopomp, Yoga and Breath work. My 15+ years experience working with Seniors, Body Mechanics and Mobility Recovery has opened up many forms of both healing and moving through intense Emotional Transitions. I have working experience with both live in care and respite care. I have had the privilege of holding space for and planning the final hours. I have experience with medications, feeding tubes, emotional support, grief, hygiene, bathing, meal prep, advocate and extra ear for clarity. I act as an extension of the loved ones, treating each experience with the love, respect and commitment I would my own.
