Bill went above and beyond in providing care for our father. He coordinated with our family and the other care senior care taker to ensure a consistent care schedule. His effort showed how dedicated he was to making sure our dad was well looked after. His efforts to communicate with everyone, including the care team, likely played a big role in maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our father's needs. He also took our dad on outings and to doctor appointments so I could meet them at the healthcare provider office. Taking Dad out of the house for socializing was a boost to our dad's spirits. Bill's background and ability to offer medical recommendations helped in making more informed decisions for our father’s well-being. Bill provided a blend of practical support with meals and assitance with hygiene, but also emotional and social care, that meant a lot to our family.
