William worked with my dad for over a year until my dad passed in December of 2023 and he was a godsend. My dad had a difficult personality but William has the patience of a saint and never took anything personally. Within a short amount of time he had my dad's complete trust, as well as ours. He was so easy to communicate with and is generally a great guy, he really became part of the family. He took care of my dads hygiene needs, errands, helped us with doctor appointments, nutrition, medications and companionship. My dad refused to move to a facility and towards the end William stayed overnights allowing my dad to pass at home as he wished. I really can't say enough great things about William but can say you will be lucky to have him, he is truly one in a million.
