William worked with my Dad for three years and was a treasure. He provided companionship, monitored medication, helped with reminders and drove to appointments. William is friendly and personable. He picks up cues from his customers and treats them with respect. He always made the effort to do as I asked, for example giving pills and water to Dad when it was time for them, but if Dad refused after gentle reminders, William would not force the issue and just informed us about it. William was flexible about days, hours and tasks. He is an excellent communicator, updating us in person, on a group chat, and individual messages when warranted. I recommend him highly and encourage you to contact him for any care needs.
