Greetings, My name is William. I am a highly motivated and organized professional with 16 years experience in the Customer Service field (Hotel Management Degree from Germany) and 7 years experience in the Health Care field. In my previous role as the Supervisor in a Living Assistant Home, I am accustomed to working in a high-pressure environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. I was responsible for supervising the Dinning Room, wait staff and monitoring ingoing and outgoing communications, and attending to all of other administrative work. This role required a high degree of professionalism, maturity, loyalty, confidentiality and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. I pride myself on my ability to deal with pressure and multitask with a positive and flexible attitude. I am a proactive team member who can also work independently, I always aim to go above and beyond my set duties to ensure the best systems are in place to allow the organization to function as efficiently as possible. I always think 10 steps ahead, anticipate what is on the horizon and solve problems effectively. I have enjoyed my work at the Living Asst. Home, but I am now seeking to transfer my considerable skills and experience to the private sector. I love taking care of people, it is truly my passion. I have experience in a variety of computer programs, social calendaring, travel arrangements, creating inventories and the scheduling of staff and maintenance personnel.
