Hello there! My name is Willande. I am transitioning into caregiving with over four years of experience working with kids of all age. I'm patient, creative, and love keeping kids engaged with board games, puzzles, and fun learning apps. I've been caring for children since my freshman year of high school, and I'm trained in First Aid for added peace of mind. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking cook, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm happy to help with meal prep, light housekeeping, and even travel if needed. I believe in open communication with parents, sharing regular updates, and following household rules and routines.
