About Willa Bay

Hi my name is Willa, I am 23 years old and will be graduating with my Masters in Hospitality Management in May. I have many years of experience with small children, pre-teens, and teenagers. I have had a lot of personal experiences with food allergies so I am definitely qualified to care for children with special dietary needs. I know how to administer an epinephrine in the case of an allergic reaction, and I am also experienced with asthma. I also know a lot about learning differences and how to help kids adapt to it. I also have a passion for caring for animals. I grew up always having a pet and rescuing dogs and cats. I have also always volunteered at local shelters and rescue organizations, that is how I met my two dogs I have now, I'd describe my personality as fun, positive, and patient. In my spare time, I like to play tennis and go to the beach. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my dogs. A great skill of mine is using my experience to adapt to new situations.
