We interviewed Willy in person for a full time nanny position and were immediately taken by her warmth and genuine personality. The kids (2 & 4 yo) warmed up to her immediately. She made sure to take a taxi to be on time to the interview. Her fluency in French was a big plus for us and her English is great. She was very proactive in caring for the kids during the day. She knew what to be aware of and thought of ways that we had not thought of to protect them, but let them play at the same time. She had her own experience but was also very willing to take direction from us. Her references adored her. Only logistics led us to choose someone else but she is a true gem!
