About Wielca

Hi, I'm Wielca! I've developed a strong sense of compassion, patience, and responsibility, which led me to pursue childcare as a profession at 18. I have hands-on experience with infants, toddlers, and children, starting with my role as a scribe at Advent Health's NICU. I later worked as an (RBT) with children on the autism spectrum (ASD), which further enhanced my skills in specialized care. Additionally, I've had the opportunity to work with infants and toddlers during my nursing clinical hours. With three years of professional childcare experience, I'm also BLS (Basic Life Support) certified. I'm comfortable providing a nurturing and structured environment, excited about the opportunity to care for your newborn and help support your family as you navigate this exciting chapter! In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking/kayaking, as well as reading and spending quality time with family.
