About Whitney

I'm a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. As a current doctoral student in occupational therapy, I draw on my experience working at children's hospitals and in behavioral therapy to provide holistic care. Patient, calm, and friendly, I ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children. I keep parents informed with verbal communication at pickup and regular updates via text or phone call. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. With six years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to two children of all ages. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles with children. I also have experience with special needs children, First Aid Training, and CPR Training. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and am willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping.
