About Whitney

Hi! I'm Whitney. I have worked with kids for over 18 years from after school care worker to camp counselor, nanny and babysitter. I'm also a mental health counselor and have a good deal of experience with kids. I can't counsel your kids of course, but I love to provide support and fun that I know helps them thrive and become who they were created to be. I'm generally calm and laid back, and also believe in clear and reinforced boundaries to help us all feel safe and grounded. Clear communication is a big value of mine, and is important in how I communicate with both kids and parents. I'm also an artist and love to bring this to my time with kids, getting to paint and draw and have space to be creative! I'm honored whenever I get the opportunity to step into a family in any way and support their thriving, from nannying to errands to driving carpool!
